Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experience Powder Coater in the Piedmont SC area!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
- Hang and rack parts for the powder coating process.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns.
- Monitor coating thickness and ensure even coverage.
- Operate curing ovens according to product specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, color consistency, and overall quality.
- Touch up or rework parts when necessary.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and keep the work area clean.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Read work orders and follow production schedules.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
Pay: $19-30/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 1st shift
