Office Assistant

 

$16-$18/hr

M-F, 9AM-5PM

Our client, a locally owned and operated construction and property management company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic office etiquette, be proficient in MS Suite, and great communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Contract compliance, office supply management, monitoring important deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients
  • Maintain and organize real estate transaction files, contracts, and other important documents
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and listing presentations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a real estate admin role, transaction coordination or title required
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
