Office Assistant

Our client, a locally owned and operated construction and property management company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have basic office etiquette, be proficient in MS Suite, and great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Contract compliance, office supply management, monitoring important deadlines
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients
- Maintain and organize real estate transaction files, contracts, and other important documents
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and listing presentations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a real estate admin role, transaction coordination or title required
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
