Office Coordinator/Housekeeping Assistant
$17/hr
North Myrtle Beach
9AM-5PM, Mon-Sat (2 days off)
Duties:
- Answer/respond to incoming calls/emails
- Schedule and coordinate with vendors
- Create work orders
- Crate and match invoices to work order
- Back up to reservations team
- Back up housekeeping by performing inspections, light cleaning to ensure units are properly prepared for guests
- Handle booking inquiries about availability, pricing, amenities, and policies
- Assist with reservation requests by guiding guests through the booking process and completing reservations.
- Call bookings to confirm all information on the reservation is accurate
- Keep track of documents needed for all reservations
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Customer service skills such as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively
- Computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer programs
- Mechanically inclined with ability to perform light maintenance duties
- Multitasking and handling stressful situations
