Office Coordinator/Housekeeping Assistant

$17/hr

North Myrtle Beach

9AM-5PM, Mon-Sat (2 days off)

 

Duties:

  • Answer/respond to incoming calls/emails
  • Schedule and coordinate with vendors
  • Create work orders
  • Crate and match invoices to work order
  • Back up to reservations team
  • Back up housekeeping by performing inspections, light cleaning to ensure units are properly prepared for guests
  • Handle booking inquiries about availability, pricing, amenities, and policies
  • Assist with reservation requests by guiding guests through the booking process and completing reservations.
  • Call bookings to confirm all information on the reservation is accurate
  • Keep track of documents needed for all reservations

 

Requirements:

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and clean MVR
  • Customer service skills such as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer programs
  • Mechanically inclined with ability to perform light maintenance duties  
  • Multitasking and handling stressful situations
