A Spa Technician maintain, repairs, and cleans hot tubs and Jacuzzis, ensuring water safety and equipment functionality. Key duties include testing and balancing water chemistry (pH, chlorine), cleaning filters, vacuuming, and repairing pumps or heaters. Technicians often travel to multiple sites, requiring a valid driver's license, physical stamina for outdoor work, and strong customer service skills.
Delivery Efficiency: Timely and accurate delivery of all products to clients, ensuring no damage during transit.
· Plan and organize delivery schedules effectively
· Conduct thorough checks prior to dispatch
· Communicate proactively with clients about delivery times
Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance on hot tubs per customer’s schedule.

Equipment Repair & Installation: Diagnosing and repairing pumps, filters, heaters, timers, and plumbing systems.

· Ensure clear communication with clients about repair status and solutions
