Temporary Project - 1 Day
$20/hr

- Handle and stage ~208 cartons (6 books/carton; ~33.5 lb/carton).
- Binding-only inspection: Lift the front cover and back cover and check the end sheets for puckering/bubbling. No interior flip required.
- Mark book as DEFECT (if either end sheet shows puckering/bubbling) or SALEABLE; move to the corresponding table.
- Repack so each finished carton contains 6 DEFECT or 6 SALEABLE books (no mixing); apply carton label.
- Record per-carton counts (OK and Defect must total 6) and initial each line; sign the end-of-day tally.
