Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay: $15.00
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Truss Builders for a local Cookeville company. This position is hands-on and requires working with wood, hammers, brackets, and basic building materials to assemble trusses.
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble wood trusses according to specifications
- Use hammers, brackets, and basic hand tools
- Measure, position, and secure lumber pieces
- Follow production and safety guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with construction, carpentry, or wood assembly is helpful
- Must be comfortable using hand tools
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Must be dependable and able to show up on time
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
