Are you experienced in building repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep? We are looking for a dependable Building & Grounds Maintenance professional to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry-related issues
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain grounds, sidewalks, landscaping, and common areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and operational
Qualifications:
- Previous building or property maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
