Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual will supervise and direct assigned team
- Participate in training requirements for production personnel
- Responsible for providing input into Performance Appraisals for Team Leaders and Inspectors
- Communicate new business opportunities to Project Coordinator
Physical Requirements:
- Team lift parts between 50-70 lbs.
Experience Required:
- Automotive quality background a must.
- Leadership/Management experience preferred.
