Job Full Description
· Receive and process emergency orders after they have been picked by warehouse staff
· Accurately box items to ensure safe and secure shipment
· Print and apply the correct shipping labels based on carrier and service level requirements
· Update order status in the system to confirm completion and shipment readiness
· Coordinate with multiple carriers for scheduled and on-demand emergency pickups
· Learn and follow processes for various shipping lines and carrier systems
· Verify order contents, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment
· Flag and communicate discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately
· Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient packing and shipping area
