Key Responsibilities:
- Company seeks a service support specialist to support and troubleshoot production applications and hardware.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain production standards.
- Excellent communication skills are a must for this position as some customer interaction will be required.

- Standing, sitting, twisting, stooping, bending, twisting
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services.
