Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join a local client's overnight team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of diesel engines.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
- Identify and replace faulty components and parts
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
- Prior diesel mechanic experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must provide your own tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
