Job Full Description
receptionist (answering phones), schedule meetings, delegating duties between two loan officers, must be a multi-tasking - sometimes they will make coffee and at other times do paperwork - they need an all-around office admin person. Must be able to use excel/word well as well as general office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, etc.). Preferably someone with bank/loan experience other than as a teller. Would prefer someone in the Franklin/Hearne area so the commute doesnt burn them out; The current secretary will be retiring in December and they would like her to train the new employee before leaving so they want her to start immediately. Hours will be M-F 9 am to 3 pm generally but the hours are flexible based on the loan officers schedule - this time is not set in stone and they need someone who is flexible but will most likely be a little less than 40 hrs./week.
