Rocky Gill opened his first Express Employment Professionals office in 1995 with a vision to deliver exceptional staffing solutions and serve both businesses and job seekers with integrity and care. That same commitment continues today as he helps lead efforts supporting employers and talent across the Brazos Valley.

Under Rocky’s leadership, the organization has consistently ranked among the top-performing Express offices internationally, earning recognition through the Circle of Excellence and inclusion in the prestigious Chairman’s Club—placing it among the top 10 offices out of more than 900 locations worldwide.

Rocky’s professional background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and leadership experience as a Senior Accountant in public accounting, followed by serving as Corporate Controller for a large multi-entity healthcare system. This foundation gives him a strong understanding of business operations and the workforce challenges companies face—insight he brings to employers throughout the Bryan–College Station area.

Beyond business, Rocky is passionate about investing in people and strengthening communities. His leadership philosophy centers on service: “Most people don’t call on Express because they want to—they have a need. Whether it’s a company needing the right person or someone searching for a job, we see our role as serving others and making things better.”
