Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a reputable company in Bryan, TX. This role involves hands-on work in a production environment and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of floor, ceiling, and wall track
- Prepare job sites for flooring installation
- Uncrate and handle materials for installation
- Work safely at all times, including on ladders for extended periods
- Maintain responsibility for all assigned tools
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Willingness to work unscheduled overtime as needed
- Working knowledge of welding, HVAC systems, and general construction practices
