Responsibilities
- Assist in sanding, grinding, and welding operations
- Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications
- Perform measurements and quality checks on parts
- Maintain safe, efficient production flow and teamwork
- Follow all safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Familiarity with measuring devices for diameter checks
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Previous manufacturing and manual labor experience highly preferred
- Ability to assist in welding operations
- Consistent job tenure (preferably one-year increments in work history)
- Strong punctuality and excellent attendance record
