Responsibilities:
- Ride along with the driver on delivery routes.
- Assist in unloading trucks using a dolly and ramp.
- Help with loading and unloading products to customer sites.
- Maintain safe and efficient handling of products.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes
- Experience with two-way and three-way matching
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience managing or improving AP processes
