Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks- building repairs, preventive maintenance and safety checks
- Painting and touch-up work
- Lawn maintenance and landscaping
- Site clean-up and upkeep
Requirements:
- Experience in general maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, and reach
- Reliable and able to work independently
