Responsibilities
- Manage payable processes for vendors, employees, and customers
- Verify invoices, obtain payment approvals, and allocate costs to the correct GL accounts, cost centers, and cost units
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures and audit activities
- Process AP checks, prepare payable reports, print checks, and mail payments
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Windows-based accounting systems and MS Office Suite
- 2 years of previous accounting experience
- Ability to use general office equipment (computer, printer, scanner, etc.)
