Job Full Description
We are searching for a MIG/TIG welders for companies in the Brenham and surrounding areas. We provide full-time, part-time, and temporary placements — all at no cost to candidates.
Pay: $23–$32/hr, based on weld test results
Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available
Position Responsibilities:
- MIG welding using multi‑pass techniques
- Vertical up welding
- Flux core welding
- Welding on 3/8” mild steel plate
- Mechanical assembly work (including PVC components)
- Print reading
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving skills
- Maintain a good work ethic and safety standards
Experience & Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience with MIG and flux core welding
- Vertical up welding experience required
- TIG Welder Certification preferred
- Certification opportunities available through employer
