We are currently seeking Production Workers in the Navasota area.
Responsibilities
- Learn to operate and cross-train on a variety of machines (training provided)
- Operate multiple machines and assist other stations as needed
- Help identify production floor challenges and support solution implementation
- Perform basic machine setup and routine preventative maintenance
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials (experience required)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
- Contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven production environment through collaboration to optimize workflow and productivity
Requirements
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in operating machinery
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to support continuous improvement
- Ability to lift and move items as required for production tasks
