We are currently seeking a Line Cook in the College Station area. Workdays rotate, including weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure proper food handling and cooking temperatures, especially for meats
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and closing duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cooking temperatures
- Ability to work rotating days
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
