Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a fast-paced solar module manufacturing environment.
We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions at no cost to candidates. Placement cannot be guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic automation issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to support production uptime
- Support equipment startup and shutdown procedures
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inspections
- Assist with root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and a clean work area
Requirements & Skills:
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, or automated manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and motors
- PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
- Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces
