Job Summary:
Seeking a Production Operator to support daily operations in a solar module manufacturing facility by operating equipment, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.
We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions at no cost to candidates. Placement cannot be guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and follow work instructions
- Perform assembly and material handling across production lines
- Support line startup, shutdown, and changeovers to reduce downtime
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain production flow and meet targets
- Conduct in-process quality checks and verify materials/part numbers
- Maintain product traceability using barcode scanners and production systems
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, and abnormal conditions
- Accurately record production, scrap, and quality data
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) and collaborate with team members
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience (solar, electronics, semiconductor, or high-volume preferred)
- Experience operating automated production equipment is a plus
- Experience with barcode scanners, travelers, or MES systems preferred
- Follow all safety standards (OSHA, PPE, LOTO, machine guarding)
