Responsibilities

• Learn about cigar brands, products, and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service in a lounge setting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Restock inventory and assist with general housekeeping duties
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification required
• Current TABC Certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Previous serving, hospitality, retail, or lounge experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable with the smell and presence of cigar smoke
