Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative / Customer Experience Specialist position for a local manufacturing company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in the B/CS and surrounding areas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with orders, product questions, and order status updates

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and effective communication
-
Assist customers with product features, functionality, and troubleshooting
-
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
-
Work closely with outside sales representatives to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
-
Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions and improve the customer experience
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications
-
Conduct outbound calls related to sales, product information, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
-
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
-
Develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers
-
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction
-
Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed
We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales, or related experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized

Self-starter who can work independently while also being a team player

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to build relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Willingness to learn new products, systems, and procedures

Experience in the commercial furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus
