AP/AR Accounting Coordinator.
Accounting Coordinator responsibilities include:
· weekly invoices to clients on print and TV side
· talent checks cut weekly, using agency software program
· ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
· ability to learn and use clients' 3rd party applications
· process and maintain accounting files
· basic knowledge of Quickbooks
· strong computer knowledge & intermediate math skills
· proficient with Excel & Microsoft Office
· able to handle multiple tasks and work under tight timelines
· must be a team player
· Industry experience helpful but not mandatory
*DETAIL ORIENTED IS A MUST*
* Salaried position- based on experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business or accounting preferred
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position and work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17-$23 (based on Experience)
Benefits:
· Paid time off – 1 week after 1 y ear. 10 days off over the Christmas holidays.

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday / 9-5, but open to some flexibility – can be as early as 8:30a, also open to working part time hours or less than 40.
Education:
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
