Position: Customer Success Coordinator

Job Full Description
The Customer Service Team is a multifaceted department that requires logistics and scheduling, team co-ordination, precise data entry, knowledge of technical specifications and a passionate commitment to customer service.
The position may be responsible for raising and proofing technical orders with our factory, as well as following up on technical drawings that may be required to process an order at any given time. You will also process multiple claims each day, such as warranty repairs, chargeable repairs, etc. There will also be an element of invoicing that will require attention to detail.
All of the above includes constant communication with our dealer network and the end consumer and as such, a professional and customer service focused attitude is required.
Skills Required:
- Extreme attention to detail required. This role has an element of data entry and must be accurate.
- Thrive on customer interaction; This role is fully customer facing and will require you to positively engage with dozens of customers per day.
- Great work-ethic and the ability to self-regulate. You will be responsible for managing a number of competing, time-sensitive tasks at your own discretion.
- Strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal capacity. This includes emails both internally and externally, writing branch announcements, liaising with all areas of the TWO organization and answering customer phone calls.
- Excellent phone skills
- Savvy and quick learner with the ability to problem solve and think outside the box. This job requires a strong element of technical knowledge and while we are confident that we can teach our product we need someone capable of grasping the technical nature of the role.
- Ability to evaluate a situation or process and provide feedback to management on how to improve.
- Able to navigate a changing and growing environment, and work under pressure.
- A positive, hard working, individual that will help foster a positive, team oriented and supportive office environment.
Expected hours: 40 per week
- The position is Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
