Shipping & Receiving / Will Call Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates to support the Will Call department for a leading supplier of architectural and commercial doors, frames, and door hardware. This is a temp-to-hire (TTH) opportunity with the goal of bringing associates on permanently.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Primary Work Areas & Responsibilities
1. Will Call – Shipping & Receiving

Build and assemble wooden crates using power tools (nail guns, staple guns, etc.)

Prepare and stage customer orders for truck loads and pickups
-
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
-
Assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed
2. Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operations
-
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials
-
Load customer orders and prepare shipments for carriers
-
Transport materials between two buildings (shared parking lot)

Assist with unloading trailers and organizing materials
Requirements
-
Forklift certified OR verified years of forklift experience
-
Experience in shipping & receiving, will call, or warehouse operations
-
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, walking between buildings, and working on your feet

Experience using power tools for crate assembly
-
Ability to unload trucks and handle physical job duties
-
Punctuality and attendance are critical—must arrive on time and ready to work
