General Laborer

Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule Availability: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shift assigned within this window)

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves physical work, material handling, and assisting with various production and warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a team-oriented setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

• Assist with production, assembly, and general warehouse duties

• Stack, sort, and organize products and materials

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads

• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle (not shared) for transportation to and from work

• Ability to work assigned hours within the 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM availability window

• Steel-toe shoes/boots required

• Good attendance and punctuality required

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a physically demanding environment

• Must be able to follow directions and work independently or with a team

• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
