We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to strategize on market approaches and improve sales techniques.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Proven results exceeding sales targets.
- Professional and clear verbal communication.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Handle 100-250 dials per day
- Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
Flexible Schedule Available: 4-6 hours a day between 8am-5pm
Location: Dallas Love Field
Compensation: is determined based on experience + bonuses
