Job Title: Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in Dallas, TX, to serve as the primary point of contact for our key customers. This role is critical for ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage customer relationships, juggle multiple projects, and work under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Project Management:
- Partner with sales executives and managers to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage projects from initial package development to production and customer launch.
- Oversee pre-production sample orders, ensuring customer specifications are met.
- Handle customer setup documentation, credit applications, and order processing.
- Track production schedules and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, Creative, and Accounting to meet customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer representatives across purchasing, planning, marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Provide regular status updates to customers and confirm order details.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges to keep projects on track.
- Create quotes, price lists, and other customer-specific reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a B2B customer account support role, ideally within consumer product design, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Experience in product development project management is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industries is a plus.
