Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for an Office and Marketing Assistant on behalf of a reputable client in the rug industry. This full-time, in-office role involves a mix of administrative support, data entry, marketing assistance, and basic data analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, and comfortable working in a small team environment.


Responsibilities:

Administrative and Data Entry Duties:

  • Input and update product, customer, and order data

  • Maintain inventory records and price sheets

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing and internal communication support

Marketing Support:

  • Assist with managing social media accounts 

  • Help update website content and product listings

  • Organize marketing materials, photos, and product info for campaigns

Data Analysis:

  • Review sales and customer data to identify basic trends

  • Prepare simple reports to support internal decision-making


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, data entry, or marketing support preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software

  • Experience with social media platforms or tools like Canva or Mailchimp is a plus

  • Professional, presentable appearance for an in-office setting

  • Ability to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Depends on Experience 
Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person (not remote)
