Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for an Office and Marketing Assistant on behalf of a reputable client in the rug industry. This full-time, in-office role involves a mix of administrative support, data entry, marketing assistance, and basic data analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative and Data Entry Duties:

Input and update product, customer, and order data

Maintain inventory records and price sheets

Perform general office tasks such as filing and internal communication support
Marketing Support:

Assist with managing social media accounts

Help update website content and product listings

Organize marketing materials, photos, and product info for campaigns
Data Analysis:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of experience in office administration, data entry, or marketing support preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software

Experience with social media platforms or tools like Canva or Mailchimp is a plus

Professional, presentable appearance for an in-office setting

Ability to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
