Solder/Assembler - $18 to $20/hr September 2, 2025

Located in Dallas, TX

Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE

Description

Full-time Assembler (Soldering) position with a leading manufacturing company.
Responsible for assembling and soldering connectors, splices, and sockets for production.
Perform hand soldering using a soldering iron and follow detailed production drawings.
Inspect parts for quality, perform basic testing, and make adjustments for accuracy.
Work with hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Follow all safety and quality procedures in a clean, organized work environment.
Overtime available when needed (Monday–Saturday).

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
Must have hand soldering experience; J-STD-001 and IPC-620 certifications preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (per 8 U.S.C. 1101 and 1324b definitions).
Reliable attendance, good work ethic, and ability to work overtime as needed.
Basic computer skills and ability to perform simple math calculations.
