• Develop IEPs with students, parents, and staff through the ARD process.

• Implement individualized programs with proper planning.

• Assess learning styles and tailor instruction.

• Use varied teaching methods and technology per IEP goals.

• Support curriculum modifications and student inclusion in general classes.
