HR/Office Administrator
Description
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, on-site
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external teams to ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate and organize board meetings, presentations, and confidential projects.
• Manage daily office operations such as supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for building management and office services.
• Support new hire onboarding logistics and employee workspace setup.
• Maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
• Help plan and coordinate company meetings, team events, and offsite gatherings.
• Ensure a professional, welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or corporate administration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (such as Teams).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, executive-level environment.
• Must complete required background check and pre-employment screening.
