Description

• Assist customers with questions related to insurance policies and coverage
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to provide support and gather information
• Handle incoming calls and basic customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Review, update, and enter customer information accurately
• Support office operations such as documenting conversations, updating files, and preparing policy information
• Learn internal systems and processes (no prior insurance experience needed aside from having the license)
• Work closely with a small office team to ensure customers receive timely assistance
• Opportunity to earn commission based on performance and policy activity

 

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish & English
• Must have an active Texas Property & Casualty License
• No insurance office experience required, but experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple conversations or tasks at once
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working with customers
• Willing to learn office processes and insurance terminology
• Pay starts at $18/hr + commission (no experience)
• $20/hr + commission with experience
