Sales Administrative Support (Temp-to-Hire)
Manufacturing Company | First Shift
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Support professional to join a growing manufacturing team. This role will primarily focus on order entry, so strong attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential.
The position will also involve customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating via phone and email.
Responsibilities include:

Accurate order entry and data management

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks

Communicating with customers regarding orders and inquiries

Maintaining records and documentation
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional communication skills (phone and email)
Schedule:
First shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
Approximately $20.00/hr, with potential flexibility for candidates with directly related experience.
