Shipping & Receiving Coordinator – Manufacturing
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
A custom sheet metal enclosures manufacturer in Dallas seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.
Responsibilities:

Verify shipment contents against manifests, invoices, or orders.

Record shipment data and prepare shipping documents (work orders, bills of lading, etc.).

Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
-
Pack, label, and route materials within the facility.

Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
-
Determine shipping methods, routes, and rates; track environmental impact.

Use shipping software, ERP/SAP systems, and forklifts daily.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment.
-
2+ years experience operating forklifts.
-
2+ years experience with shipping software & truck booking.
-
2+ years experience using ERP/SAP systems.
