Reception/Administrative Support - TEMP
Premium brand manufacturer needs a temp receptionist/office assistant!
This is a temp role (for family leave and will begin Tuesday, May 27th at 8:30am
Responsibilities:
- Sit at reception desk and greet customers
- Answer phone and route calls
- Order office supplies and maintain the supply closet
- Order drinks and snacks for breakrooms and keep them stocked
- Receive coffee delivery and stock breakrooms with coffee supplies
- Order and set up lunches for meetings as requested
- Assist in organizing company events such as food trucks
- Track birthdays and anniversaries and prepare cards
- Prepare expense reports with receipts from supply and food orders
- Track perfect attendance
- Order business cards
- Distribute mail
- Order steel toed shoes for employees and track payroll deductions for them
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a reception or office setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
