Technical Support Specialist
Financial firm near downtown Fort Worth is adding a Technical Support Specialist to their team!!
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, with hands-on technical support, systems administration, or project management
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud services, and data backup/recovery
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working for an MSP or managed MSP relationships
- Experience with Salesforce or FastSlow Motion coordination is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
