Job Full Description
The Admin/ Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the billing, purchasing and administrative support for the office. This position is responsible for overseeing the collection of payments, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining customer accounts and order entry.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5

Duties
- Process and post incoming payments to customer accounts accurately and timely.
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports, following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
- Entering orders into the system
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial concepts
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Customer service experience
- Strong experience in MS Office - Word and Excel
- This may not include all the requirements of the role
