Job Full Description
A logistics company in Fort Worth is hiring a Logistics Specialist.
Contract to Hire
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 8a-4:30p
Duties:
- Maintain vendor relations domestic transportations.
- Daily mail communication
- Control the shipping cost and notify management team of any drastic increases.
- Maintain the integrity of FW and AD Recon and balance daily.
- Receiving stock
- Transferring stock
- Providing freight quotes
- Auditing, disputing, and processing all Freight invoices, FedEx Invoices, and processing easy flow.
- Post all orders for invoicing and send tracking information.
- Audit inventories to ensure all departments have taken necessary actions
Requirements:
- 3+ years within logistics, shipping, receiving
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management
