Operation Manager – Server/Computer Repair
Facility in Grapevine is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for the support of AI Server Repair.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of operations management experience in technical and/or production environment
- 3+ years of experience in technical environment - server/computer repair, and/or networking management, and/or relevant technical testing & trouble shooting background
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, and cash-flow management
- Strong background in operational efficiency that leads to excellent customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach/train, and obtain team performance goals
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
