- 3+ years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Payroll processing experience (Inova a plus)

- Knowledge of employment laws & HR compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR systems
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
