Job Duties:
- Order Entry
- Customer Service-ensure customers’ are satisfied with their order
- A packing clerk will handle the actual shipping part
- Estimate shipment costs
Ideal Candidates:
- Great customer service by phone and email
- Experience in order entry/shipping
- Prior knowledge of DBA Software is a plus
- Prior knowledge of LTL paperwork-BOL, Bills of Lading is a plus
- Great computer skills
