A wrecker service in Haltom City is hiring a weekend dispatcher.
Pay: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience
Shift:

Dispatcher overnight
2 shifts available:
Wednesday 11:30pm - 6:30am
Th, Fri, Sat- 7pm - 6am
OR
Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-7am
Wednesday 7pm-11pm

Duties:
- Efficiently manage incoming service requests for vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
- Dispatch tow trucks to designated locations
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely response and resolution of service calls.
- Communicate with customers to gather essential information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer details, service provided, and timeframes.
Requirements:
- Accurate and efficient typing and data entry skills
- Customer service experience
- Call center or dispatching experience is a plus.
- This may not include all the requirements of the job
