A Distribution company in Alliance needs a new CSR added to their team!
Shifts: 2nd shift 3p to midnight
$17/hr
Duties:
- First point of contact for customers, carriers and drivers
- Allocating orders
- Data Entry
- Maintain accurate records of product received, shipped and billed
- Email and phone management
- Assist customers with any needs
Requirements:
- Great CSR experience
- Great communication/phone etiquette
- Warehouse experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Needs to be able to multitask
- This may not include all the requirements of the job
