Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of sales orders
- Generating and processing customer invoices
- Working within our accounting/inventory system (currently Sage 100)
- Coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in invoicing, order processing, or similar administrative function
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
