Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with QuickBooks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

Manage incoming calls and correspondence

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Perform data entry and administrative support tasks

Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

Strong customer service experience required
