Aerospace supply company in north Fort Worth is adding a Sales Manager to join their team!
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5 years in a sales/CSR leadership role
- Proven ability to manage a sales team including KPIs and coaching
- Thorough understanding of order management in a distribution/manufacturing environment
- Excellent account management skills
- Strong ability mentor sales reps and push them to meet department goals
